This project was created through the joint effort of 16 U.S. scientists from Departments of Soil, Crop and/or Atmospheric Sciences at Cornell, Hawaii, North Carolina State and Texas A&M Universities. Jot Smyth provides overall leadership and coordination for the project. Each combination of related tasks in the project has a coordinator and an assigned team of scientists from the four participating universities.
